By definition, ingots or billets are difficult to deform and process at room temperature. Generally, they are heated to 1100-1250 ℃ for rolling. This rolling process is called hot rolling. At the same time, because the width thickness ratio of steel plate is small and the requirement of dimension accuracy is relatively low, the shape problem is not easy to appear, and the control of convexity is the main way. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the strip are generally controlled by controlling rolling and cooling, that is to say, controlling the opening rolling temperature, finishing rolling temperature and rolling temperature.
