Inconel 625 is a corrosion and oxidation resistant nickel alloy

Inconel 625 is a high strengthen nickel alloy,its high strength and outstanding aqueous corrosion resistance.Its outstanding strength and toughness is due to the addition of niobium which acts with the molybdenum to stiffen the alloy's matrix.    

Inconel 625 alloy are one of the Ni-Cr-Mo alloy,it consists of a solid solution alloy of nickel, chromium and molybdenum alloy with niobium added. When this combines with molybdenum it distorts the alloy's atomic matrix, thus providing particularly high strength in the annealed condition without a deliberate strengthening heat treatment.

Above all,625 alloy with good mechaIt has excellent mechanical properties in a wide range of temperatures, and has good corrosion resistance, pitting resistance and crevice corrosion resistance in the medium of nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and mixed acid of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. It can be completely free from stress corrosion cracking caused by chloride In addition to excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,Inconel 625 alloy also has good welding and machining properties, no cracking sensitivity after welding.

Inconel 625 products charactors:

1. Using vacuum induction and electroslag remelting process, vacuum consumption,greatly reduce the content of oxygen,sulfur,at the same time reduce the inclusion content, improve the purity of the material. At present, oxygen is less than 10PPM, and non-metallic inclusions are 1.0 grade fine and 0 grade coarse

2. Homogenization process was adopted before forging to reduce element segregation and improve microstructure uniformity. Round steel without loose, segregation, uniform structure, fine particles.

3. The diameter of forged round steel can reach 400MM
